Returns & Refunds Policy
At La Bohème Chic, each piece is carefully selected and prepared with the utmost attention to quality and craftsmanship. Should you wish to return an item, we are pleased to assist in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and presented in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Personalised pieces and items altered at your request are considered bespoke and are therefore non-returnable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as La Bohème Chic cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a repair, replacement, or refund, and will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Should you require an alternative size or style, we recommend placing a new order to secure your preferred item while your return is being processed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
