Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, preparation times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Services
We partner with trusted postal and courier providers to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.

UK Deliveries
Estimated delivery is typically within 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the service selected.

International Deliveries
We are pleased to ship internationally to selected destinations. Delivery times vary by location but are generally between 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Where tracking is available, details will be provided upon dispatch so you may follow your parcel’s journey.

Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control may occur. If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact our Client Care team and we will gladly assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. La Bohème Chic cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend noting this with the courier where possible and contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so we may resolve the matter promptly.

Separate Shipments
On occasion, orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels to ensure the safest delivery. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
